Welcome Baby Ashley | Vancouver Newborn Photography

This family has the most gorgeous little girls ever!  Big sister Taylor is such a natural in front of the camera that you can see her on my Welcome Facebook Page and it looks like baby Ashley is going to follow in her footsteps!  They are simply soooo beautiful!!!!  Check out the gorgeous new addition to the family, baby Ashley at about 2 weeks old and big sister Taylor.

How to eat a doughnut! | Vancouver Child Photography

Now THIS is how you eat a doughnut!!!  This little darling was taking a quick break from picture time to have a snack.  I couldn't help but take a few pictures of her eating.... you can just see the pure joy on her face as she eats her little doughnut!  Too cute!

I Can't Believe A Year Has Passed! - Victoria Photography

A whole year has gone by and my cutey pie nephew is now a one year old!  Oh my gosh, he has changed soooooo much!  He loves, loves, loves reading books, he's learning how to walk and the whole world is his playground.

Now, I'm not trying to brag or anything, but he really does seem SUPER SMART for a one year old and I can't help but think that he is just the cutest thing ever!!

As any parent knows, when your child is young they just have to taste EVERYTHING!!!!

The next three pictures are a little series I happened to capture of my darling little nephew tasting some sand.  Numerous other things went in his mouth during our outing at the park, but the sand was a little more amusing to me.  I found that I kind of wanted to stop it before it happened, but at the same time it was kind of funny.  So instead I grabbed my camera.  Is that bad?

You can see in the first picture he's checking out the sand and you just know what's going to happen next... right?

.... and there it is!  In the mouth the sand goes!  Haha, mom tries to scoop all the dirt out (Jacob doesn't look too impressed) and auntie takes a picture and laughs at them both!  Bad auntie, bad auntie!!

I just had to add a couple photos of bath time as well.  Since I don't get to see my nephew as much as I would like to (and of course my sister as well!!!), I follow them around everywhere, including diaper changing and bath time.

After washing Jacob's hair, mom had a little fun and played hair stylist.  You can just see that he's loving bath time.  Oh my gosh, I just love him to bits!!!

He's checking me out.  Yes, I'm am your "favourite" auntie!!!!  Brain washing and spoiling starts NOW!

Sweet Sofia at Two | Vancouver Toddler Photography

Bringing chocolate as an "incentive"... yes that's right, an "incentive" not a "bribe" (lol!) was a great idea. Two year olds have their own agendas and quite frankly, they have better things to do rather then get their picture taken. With a little coaxing from mom, we ended up getting some fabulous shots.

It was so great seeing the family again. Sofia is such a beautiful girl!

A little goofing around is always fun! | Vancouver Child Photography

Whenever I photograph these little rascals, it's always so much fun. ENERGY is what they have!

Toddler Cuteness! | Vancouver Toddler Photography

Taylor loves, loves, loves her clothes, shoes and hair bands! Watch out dad, she has learned fashion early and it only gets worse!!! Hahaha! Just joking dad, kind of...

It was wonderful meeting the family and I hope to see you all again!

Abba Party! | Vancouver Photography

This was my third time photographing this little darling and I love seeing her so full of life, song and dance! It was so cute watching Little Miss Claire sing and dance along to Abba. She even knew ALL the words to the whole album! What a smart little cookie!!!

Full of Stories and so Darn Cute! | Vancouver Toddler Photography

This little darling was absolutely hilarious and had me falling over with laughter. She plopped herself down and just sat there and talked and talked and talked and then talked some more. And when I say she talked, I mean she talked a good 30 minutes or so non-stop! She was telling us all a story and even though we couldn't quite understand her it was just the funniest and most adorable thing to watch. Mom said she does this all the time. WOW, I would have to say we've got quite the little chatter box on our hands!

Born to Pose! | Vancouver Kids Photography

This little princess came into the studio and was totally NOT shy! With so many smiles, she certainly made my job easy! What a darling!

Vancouver Baby & Toddler Fair! | Vancouver Family Photography

On November 8th I spent the day at the Vancouver Baby & Toddler Fair. It was wonderful to meet everyone and check out all the stations. It was my first time at a baby fair and I can see why so many parents would want to attend an event like this. So many great products and great entertainment for children!

I had my own little photo booth set up at the fair. Here are a few of the cutties that decided to stop by.
